Coco Plum Caye

Coco Plum Caye is one of the excellent snorkeling and diving islands located on Progresso Lagoon on the Belize Barrier Reef. It was one of the most important political centres in northern Belize after A.D. 1250, and it is hypothesized to be the location of a settlement known to the Maya as Chanlacan, or "snake sky place."
